What type of properties do we finance?

We offer Fix & Flip, DSCR Rental, Bridge, Ground-Up Construction, and Second Position loans for investment properties. Each program is designed to meet the unique needs of real estate investors.

What are the basic borrower qualifications?

We offer flexible guidelines with no income verification or tax returns required for most programs. Loan qualification is primarily based on the property and borrower’s experience level, background and credit.

Do you require an appraisal?

Yes, an appraisal is typically required.

How quickly can we fund the loan?

Typically within 7–10 business days, provided we receive a clear title and an acceptable appraisal.
