Michael is a Real Estate Professional with multiple interests. As a private/hard money lender, Michael has worked closely with real estate investors to advise and fund their real estate ventures. Helping to grow their businesses in many different facets. As a real estate agent, Michael brings nearly two decades of experience to the local Maryland, DC and Northern Virginia areas. Specializing in distressed properties, Michael has experience managing, listing and selling REO Foreclosures, Short Sales and other distressed assets for banks, hedge funds and other lending institutions. Michael is also a private real estate investor with 12 years of experience buying, renovating and selling property, managing rentals and wholesaling.
