Relationship-driven and customer-focused, Matthew is known for going the extra mile to provide exceptional service and build lasting partnerships. Before joining Temple View, he served as a Loss Mitigation Manager at BSI Financial Services, where he worked closely with borrowers to navigate complex loan situations. He holds a B.A. in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Maryland.
