James has been with Temple View since its inception, starting as one of the company’s original Account Executives. He has since advanced to Director of Outside Sales, where he manages the retail sales team and oversees production that has more than quadrupled under his leadership. Known for his relationship-driven approach, James takes pride in training and developing account executives to build lasting client partnerships and drive results. Prior to Temple View, he worked as a loss mitigation specialist at another MCM-affiliated company.
