Her background includes senior leadership roles at Guild Mortgage, JPMorgan Chase, Sharestates, and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, where she led large origination teams, expanded into new markets, and consistently drove production growth across multiple regions.
In her role at Temple View Capital, Billie will focus on driving growth across all business lines, with a particular emphasis on expanding the company’s DSCR platform. She brings deep expertise in non-QM origination strategy, investor channel development, and building the partnerships required to scale production in today’s lending environment.
