Doug Perry Joins TVC Funding As Sales Director, TPO

Doug Perry has joined Temple View Capital as the new Sales Director, TPO for the company's TVC Funding division. In this role, he will manage the company’s efforts to connect within the B2B channel, including correspondent lenders and mortgage brokers. His focus will reach across all aspects of the client experience, from onboarding to operations to servicing, and focus on enhanced product offerings to meet the objectives of both clients and investors.

Doug is a high-performance individual focused on results. Throughout his career, he has thrived in a number of organizations, and become a strong mentor and coach for those he has managed. While he seeks to “dominate the competition,” he recognizes that it is equally important to do it morally, ethically and by making a positive impact on those he works with and those he works for (his clients).

Prior to joining Temple View, Doug was Managing Director of Wholesale and Retail Sales for Citadel Mortgage Services. He has held senior leadership positions at 5 Arch, PennyMac, IndyMac, Countrywide Financial and Privlo, a pioneer fintech Non QM start up. He is a recognized mortgage finance industry expert featured in segments on CNBC, CNN, Fox News, USA Today and the WallStreet Journal.

Born and raised in Southern California, Doug has a BA in BusinessEconomics from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He is marriedwith three grown children – his says most notable accomplishment is NOT from the business world, but in having planned three weddings in 13 months.  In his spare time, he enjoys water sports,golf and heading to the beach.
